Vehicles are hard; I can never get the wheels right. Nice work!

MLeth responds:

I mean to be fully honest I just kinda traced on top of the photo of this car! If you can draw a car this close with only a mouse I applaud you but I'm not that person haha

I mean it's real pretty an all, but i think it's too empty. Shouldn't there be a person or two at the bus stop or something?

MLeth responds:

Adding a person would defeat the purpose of this; The feeling of isolation and melancholy. It's reminiscent of seemingly unpopulated areas of a small town

I love to zoom in on these high resolution pictures and see all the detail up close. By the way nice rocks; i know they can be difficult to draw sometimes.

SouredApple responds:

Thank you v much ^^

Wow great picture, though i wish activity in the background was more intense. Like instead of jumping off a hill, she'd be jumping over a trench or something.

MLeth responds:

That'd be cool! I think I was seeing it as more of a practice course kind of deal so she's not in a real battlefield. But it would be great to one day do a proper intense battlefield scene

As someone who tried swimming under water, in the ocean, with my eyes open, I can say it doesn't really sting until you surface; then out of no where it's like you got shampoo in your eyes. But if it's fresh water then their eyes should be fine. Also I'm curious to know how you did the water surface texture, in this picture.

SouredApple responds:

If I remember correctly, I used a simple rough water color brush and used the base color of the water as shadows with bits of white and teal as the highlights

Coloring is the fun part :)

MLeth responds:

Agreed!

It's funny, it looks so simple but you know it must of taken hours to draw.

MLeth responds:

Haha only like 2 hours or so! It is as simple as it looks - It's really easy to do these things with the polygonal tool and some simple brushes

What platform is this game on? And that requires talent; not just to draw with a mouse, but to come up with a way to draw fast moving things in motion.

MLeth responds:

WipEout has been on every PlayStation platform since PS1! But the ultimate version would be the Omega Collection for PS4 which is a collection of remastered versions of WipEout HD, Fury (both PS3) and WipEout 2048 (PS Vita)! It looks absolutely gorgeous in 4K and 60fps on the PS4 Pro <3

And thank you!

How did you do the cloth texture? Is it a special brush or did you spend 50 lifetimes drawing each and every visible thread?

MLeth responds:

Hehe no I did not do that! For this type of cloth I like to add a noise filter, motion blur it slightly horizontally and then add a tiny bit of gaussian blur to it! Then I just put that noise layer on either "Overlay" or "Soft light". It's strangely effective!

So is the line work all one color?(black) i can't tell it's too thin for me to see. By the way nice work :)

MLeth responds:

It is yeah! But it is indeed quite thin and a bit transparent as I use quite a soft brush in terms of flow so it kinda bleeds together with the coloring

I draw pretty girls, and sometimes other things. You can find me elsewhere:
